My Background…

With over 20 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience in a variety of industries, from 2012-2020 I used that experience as a recruiting consultant to provide support to 30+ startup and small business clients, leading a variety of talent acquisition initiatives to not only find the right people for the right jobs, but also using my straightforward, honest and empathetic approach to developing processes and systems to raise the bar in how recruiting is conducted. Clients received comprehensive services at less than half the price of staffing agencies, improving candidate experience, empowering teams, and lowering time-to-fill (my cumulative average remained at <30 days for my entire tenure, filling well over 100 positions). My projects were ideal for clients in a variety of industries without the luxury of a dedicated, experienced onsite recruiter…and for some, I even hired their first recruiter!
